		<description>you can use perldoc comments with ruby.  If you want re-use then this is the thing.  you can then have _man_ pages  for your stuff, or simply 'perldoc' will do.  'man perl' is the standard to which all languages that you can write a script for should be held to.  Plus, Perldoc, although not perfect , will give you output in essentially any format..</description>
